Description

"Medium:Bronze, gold
Dimensions:Length: 1 1/8 in. (2.9 cm)
Classification:Gems"
Jewelry was important in the lives of people in Ancient Greece and was given as gifts during major events in people’s lives. By looking at the material that the jewelry was made from, it can show the differences in wealth between people. This ring was made primarily from bronze which was a cheaper material, and a tiny amount of gold. My assumption would be that the person who owned the ring may have been in a lower to middle class in society based on the materials in the ring.
