If you have one absence and would like to earn back that absence, and thus be elligible for the grade bonus the following are your options.
- Visit the Minneapolis Institute of Art While at he MIA, find an art piece related to Eas Asian history. Write a paragraph that makes an argument for what that art piece tells us about it’s country’s origins.

Find a recipe that relates to the history a particular country, cook that recipe, and write a paragraph about how those foods relate to the history of the country. You will likely need to use a library database to learn about the history of food in a country.
The paragraphs should use standard academic conventions and be 200-250 words long.
